President Scott Cowen Signs MOU with Mexican University

Tulane University and El Colegio de México, a prestigious institute of higher education in Mexico City, will be organizing joint academic activities and promoting the exchange of students, thanks to memorandum of understanding signed on Friday (Nov. 18) by presidents of the two institutions.

Tulane President Scott Cowen, at left below, and Javier Garciadiego, president of El Colegio de México, signed the agreement as a highlight of “Mexico at a Crossroads: Learning from History, Facing the Future,” a conference hosted at Tulane.
