Don Leonard was Post-Doctoral Fellow at CIPR from 2014-2016. He is now the Assistant Professor of Practice in City and Regional Planning at The Ohio State University. His work focuses on the causes and consequences of economic inequality. He examines how inequality in the distribution of income impacts outcomes related to governance and social equity.
