Federico Rossi
Former CIPR Post-Doctoral Fellow
Federico Rossi was at CIPR from 2012-2014. He is now a Humboldt Senior Fellow at the German Institute for Global and Area Studies (GIGA) in Hamburg, and a Research-Professor of Argentina’s National Scientific and Technical Research Council (CONICET) at the School of Politics and Government of the National University of San Martín (UNSAM) in Buenos Aires.
